Cancellation Policy
We’re truly honored that you’ve chosen to invest in your Twin Flame journey through our coaching. These policies are here with love and clarity to honor both your time and ours, so we can show up fully present and focused on your healing and growth. Please read them carefully. All Sales Are Final Once your payment is processed, your booking is confirmed and non-refundable. This allows us to reserve your sacred space and prepare deeply for your sessions. 30-Day Completion Window All coaching sessions must be scheduled and completed within 30 days of the date your payment is received. Any sessions not used by the end of this period will expire and cannot be extended or refunded. Missed Sessions We understand that life can sometimes get in the way. Unfortunately, missed sessions cannot be made up or rescheduled after the fact. Your dedicated time is set aside just for you, and we’re unable to offer make-ups. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your original appointment time. You can reschedule easily by replying to your confirmation email or messaging us directly. Requests made within the 24-hour window will incur a $15 rescheduling fee to help protect the integrity of our calendar. We’re always happy to work with you to find a new time that feels supportive. Late Arrivals To keep our schedule flowing with respect for everyone, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the session may need to be forfeited. We truly want to make the most of every minute we have together. Preparation for Your Session To get the most from your coaching, please come with an open heart and ensure your environment is calm and quiet. This helps us dive straight into the healing work that serves you best. Our Healing Approach During all coaching sessions we work exclusively with the Teachings of Union and the Mirror Exercise. This focused, proven method is at the heart of everything we do and is what creates the powerful shifts our clients experience. We do not incorporate other modalities so we can stay completely aligned with the deepest transformation possible for you. Confidentiality Everything we discuss in your sessions is held in complete confidence. Your trust is sacred to us, and we honor it fully.
